EVENT + PRINT ADVERTISEMENT
The following work includes event and print advertisement for current clients. Each design fully embodies the event or product. From layout, typography, color, design elements, illustration, and graphics. My goal is to visually entice and speak to the audience, visually portraying my clients vision, from desired theme, elements, photo's, and information. This includes many visually conflicting requests, that are uniquely but cleanly implemented at the best of my ability. Referring back to target audience, client request, product/event themes, purpose, and competition. All printed works formatted with bleed and safe zone, to guarantee prominent information isn't lost during the cutting process.
Tropical Brunch - Printed Invite + Event Design

Client Goal: Invite women to a tropical themed event.
Design Elements: simple, fun, inviting, tropical, colorful, playful + modern.
This event was marketed towards mothers and daughters because it took place right around mothers day. Client requested the overall theme to be tropical, feminine, fun, and playful, but buttoned up with a modern, clean, and simplistic appearance.
Coffee Date - Printed Invite + Event Graphic

Client Goal: Invite women to gather with other women, meet new people, fellowship, enjoy refreshments and each other's company.
Design Elements: simple, fun, inviting, + modern. Must include all the information the client requested, coffee element, QR code created to pre-register your child if childcare is needed.
4 Weeks Of Awesome - Printed Invite + Event Graphic
4x4 inch printed invite card and event advertisement to inform kids + parents about the 4 Weeks of Awesome Event.
Client Goal: Invite kids to have fun and dress wacky each week according to the planned theme day. Entice parents to bring their children each week dressed according to theme, enjoy special activities, and win prizes.
Design Elements: Adventure Kids logo, fun, wacky, colorful, playful + modern. Must include all the information the client requested, bold primary color palette, imagery visually portraying each days theme.
Spring Fest - Printed Invite + Event Graphic

Client Goal: Invite all ages to an event with activities for adults + children.
Design Elements: simple, fun, inviting, colorful, playful + modern. Must include all the information the client requested, list of main activities, specific photos from last years spring event, script font, spring driven color palette.
B.O.G.O - Printed Invite + Event Graphic

Client Goal: Invite all youth to attend an event on the same day but different times. Creating two separate yet related events, one for girls and the other for boys. While clearly providing ample information, including black/white simple color scheme.
Design Elements: Bold, edgy, modern, and sleek.

Client Goal: Invite youth to two special events, one for young women and the other for young men. The events are on the same day and location but at different times.
Design Elements: Weaved typographic headline, dominant use of black and white, city imagery, slightly playful, modern and edgy.
inPower Conference - Printed Invite + Event Graphic
4x4 inch printed invite card and event advertisement to a women's conference, themed "inPower."
Client Goal: Inform women about upcoming conference, route them to register, and attend the 3 day event.
Design Elements: simple, feminine, inviting, fall, muted tones + modern. Must include the names of both guest speakers, list various times and dates for each day, fall inspired elements to match event decor, and Bible scripture.
Dream Gardens - Magazine Spread
Garden magazine spreads, "Dream Gardens," created to entice readers to purchase services, products, and give tips to create their very own dream garden.
Client Goal: Proper layout for garden magazine, legible content, original photography, clean, modern, organic design.
Design Elements: Balance of sleek, modern, and organic curvature throughout spreads. Including typography, layout, color palette, photos, shapes and line. Client requested unique design elements and layout, making their spread stand out from competitors, while subtle enough to stay aligned with magazines brand identity.

Wedding of Curtis + Julia - Printed Invite
Printed wedding invitation + venue location changed postcard.
Client Goal: Invite friends and family to their wedding.
Design Elements: Outdoorsy, simple, clean, elegant, modern, match event decor, environment, and colors. Proposal on a mountain, venue surrounded by mountains, couple enjoys mountain biking, and and outdoor wedding reception.
Wedding decor: White flowers, natural fibers, navy blue, eucalyptus/green foliage, variety of natural wood tones, and metal accents.Venue location changed after invites were sent to guests, client requested related postcard sized print to alert guests and distribute new location.
Local Hive Honey - Print Campaign
Client Goal: Expand target audience, inform, advertise product, and sell more product.
Design Elements: simple, bold design and imagery, inviting, colorful, playful and modern.
Local Hive Logo, brand color palette and eye-catching. Each poster has an image made of honeycomb, each image is simplified as an icon representing the benefits. Hexagon shape, honey drip, and color pallet are derived from the elements of honey, honeycomb, and nature.
Ladies Birthday Bash - Printed Invite + Event Graphic
4x4 inch printed invite card and event advertisement to a women’s event, themed “Birthday Bash.”
Client Goal: Inform women about upcoming event for women to gather, fellowship, and celebrate each other. Route them to register for a head count, prepay for childcare, and attend the gathering.
Design Elements: very feminine, inviting, pastel tones + modern. Must include birthday/celebratory elements, QR code and the color pink.
